Just a glimpse of the process behind the scenes of Jakes new hood. The truck is coming along nicely! Keep watching for the finished product
Next large task at hand: getting Jake Ruggs ride back up to snuff, stay tuned for the after pictures!
From CAT yellow custom silver flake gold. Just a start to the most major job we have undertaken yet! #staytuned #custom #showtruck
Check out this trailer we freshly polished all the aluminum on and repainted/ wet sand/ buffed!
Check out this large coach we had the pleasure of freshening up for our friend Tom Shaffer!
This combo turned out awesome! We matched up the trailer to fit with other things we have previously added to the tractor. Rear trailer lights flush mount, painted various parts for the trailer to match as well as 3/4" lights every 10" top and bottom. Of course a full sand and buff on the entire trailer as well. We added a few more lights to the breathers and the rear window visor. Filled the space on the roof lights with two more to make it 7. Pictures truly don't do this one justice!
Another Mac pneumatic all done up for One More Load! Complete sand and buff, painted to accompany tractor that will be pulling it. Custom signs made by our friends at Commercial Graphics and Signage, panels installed with lighting as well as 14 48" led underglow strips. All done in house! #keystone #wedoitbetter #oldschoolshowingthenewschool
We had some fun on this awesome 03 379. Started off by making/fitting/painting/install breather panels and ifta panels for stack mount. We painted/ installed a new front visor as well as the sleeper window visor and fiberglass rear t bar. Installed/ wired flush mount lights on back of cab, breathers, and front and rear bumper. We added 4 48" led underglow strips under the truck as well. Finished it off by installing the blower intake.
This chassis had this tank put on off of a retired truck. We made it match up to the newer truck, not too shabby for a 1988! #tanktuesday #keystone #makingmirrors
The pictures speak for themselves on this one! This bed is 28 years old! That's aluminum, not chrome
Check out the before and Afters of this international fuel truck . Direct Fuel came all the way from Baltimore County to get their truck to match the rest of the fleet!
Another Mac pneumatic tank done up for One More Load. We accented this one to match the tractor that will be pulling it with viper red and gloss black. Added numerous lights and of course gave the rest of the trailer the typical keystone shine!
A neat change of pace today to get out and polish Tom's plane!
Pictures do no justice for this one! We had the pleasure of painting/polishing this entire 06 379. It came in white with black frame and rolled out metallic red with metallic blue frame. Seminole Stripes done up by our friends at Commercial Graphics and Signage. Definitely the rejuvenation this truck was needing!
Can't decide if Todd's battery really did die or if Kermit put him in time out!
We had the pleasure of pressing out Nathan's sweet ride!
Talk about a sleek 379 we had the pleasure of putting the #keystone touch on recently!
Your continued support through this difficult time for the Gribble family is greatly appreciated. Although the hardest thing he has to do in his life, Todd made sure to give his wife Rhonda a classy final ride in just the way she would've expected him to- on the back of the blue 389!
Where to begin on this one... 99 379 came to us red and silver. The work list we did on this is long so bear with us: completely stripped truck down, sanded all old stripes off, fixed some issues in previously changed hood panels, fit/painted/ installed front fenders- rear fenders- I panel between tanks- shock cover on rear of sleeper- visor- box covers- door panels- floor- rear t bar- cab/sleeper skirts all from Talladega fiberglass. We custom made the deckplate in house, ma...de the weld seam disappear where cutoff had been put on by someone else previously. Blasted frame then Glazed over all pitting on frame, along with high build primer and sanded smooth then painted. Ran trailer hookups out the back. High build primed cab/hood/sleeper then sanded down smooth and sprayed. Wet sand/buffed cab/hood/sleeper. Prepped/Painted all parts previously fitted, as well as fuel tanks. Installed brand new bumper, stacks, grille surround and grille insert (notice custom one piece grille ring made locally), chopped breather screens down, flipped mirrors, fixed driver side door brace that had been previously bent, custom made light mounting plates on rear of sleeper for flush mount cab lights, stripped red out of all emblems on the truck as well. Polished/painted intake tubes under hood. As for the interior we relocated seats as far back as possible/ train horn valve/ cupholder on the interior after installing dynamat/ 1/4" foam and fiberglass floor. Installed custom fiberglass door panels with Rock lights. And of course had our friends at Commercial Graphics & Signage hook us up with the awesome striping inside and out! I'm sure I am letting some things out but man did we do alot to this head turner! See more
