What this does is add more monthly debt and we have already set you up to the debt ratio you need to be at for the qualification of getting a mortgage. The Underwriter will see that you opened new debt and your loan can be dead in the water.. If you need to look into a new car or something with opening new debt/credit- please ask the Loan officer first ( and hopefully that’s me ). That way I can check out if you’re able to add more monthly liabilities on top of your mortgage and debt that already exists!
