Happy Black History Month!! This week we are honoring Garret Morgan, inventor of the traffic light (among numerous other inventions and patents). Red velvet marble cupcakes with buttercream and a fondant traffic light. Sidebar, I was today years old when I noticed the colors on the Pan-African flag in the traffic light. This happened yesterday just across the street from us and next door to my husband's business. Thank God no lives were lost. We'll keep you posted as to what's needed to help recuperate other loses. Thank you Lansdowne Fire Department for such quick work! Our prayers go out to the families, the business owners and the fireman who suffered injuries in the line of duty.
