Wood-fired pizza is hard to come by in NEPA, but the new(ish) @Kidder St. Deli in Wilkes-Barre, PA has brought their own unique neo-neopolitan style pizza to Lu...zerne County. I stopped by to try their red and chicken marsala pizza as well as one of their special "woodiez" sandwiches made on homemade wood-fired bread.
