Hill workouts are a great way to build your endurance and leg strength. Try going up the hill by doing high knees, duck squats, and lunges today!
It's #WorkoutWednesday ! Time trials are a way to measure your current fitness level and track your progression. Try running as fast as you can for a set distance (1 mile, lap around your local park) and time yourself. About a month later run the same route and compare your times to see how much you are improving!

Runner Spotlight: Local Greensburg Central Catholic Junior, Corinn Brewer placed second at this year’s WPIAL Class A Cross-Country meet, but that’s not where her running ends. Corinn dreams of running professionally in Track and Field and making the USA Olympic team! Corrin began running at a young age and one of her favorite memories is participating in the Fleet Feet Liberty Mile with all of her brothers.
