Kings and Queens Hair Salon 19.01.2021

July 1, 2020 Due to the recent increase of COVID19 cases, masks are now mandatory in all public places. We ask that you wear a mask when you come to the Salon for your appointment and continue to wear it for the duration of your appointment. We know that this isn't always ideal or comfortable but we do see the necessity for it and hope you share our belief that this is in the best interest of everyone. We will be continuing with the sanitation and sterilization practices... that we have implemented to keep everyone as safe as we possibly can during these uncertain times. As always, please let me know of any questions or concerns that you may have. Thank you for your patience, understanding and help as we all navigate the constantly changing times we are living in.

Kings and Queens Hair Salon 21.12.2020

June 17, 2020 We are now into the second week since we re-opened after the mandated COVID-19 shut down. It was a very long three months that we were shut down and we missed seeing everyone. This has been a very emotional time of reconnecting with everyone and we have been so happy to see and talk with each of you. I would like to personally thank everyone for your support, understanding and the kindness you have shown us while we were shut down and now as we reopen under ...our "new normal." With new information and guidance constantly changing due to COVID-19, we will continue to strive to provide you with a comfortable and safe environment to come to. Your hair care and safety as always will continue to be our #1 goal. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know. If we haven't seen you or contacted you to make an appointment, please accept our apologies, sometimes contact information has changed and we may not have that available to us. Please let us know if you need an appointment and we will be happy to make one for you. The health and safety of my clients and my staff are my greatest concern. as I have posted on our door, if you have any symptoms of illness, please do not come to or enter the Salon, please call and let us know and we will be happy to reschedule any appointment you may have. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding with this matter. Thank you as always for your continued patronage. Stay safe and stay healthy.

June 2, 2020 This Friday, June 5, we will be reopening our doors following this very long "mandated" Stay at Home order and "mandated" closure of non-essential and non-life sustaining businesses. Please know that we will be taking every precaution necessary as we reopen to ensure your safety. At this time we will be operating on an "appointment only" status. We will not be double booking appointments at this time. Myself, Ray and Leslie will be wearing masks or a face shie...ld to help keep you safe during your visit. Upon your arrival, hand sanitizer will be available on the front desk and we encourage you to use it. All magazines have temporarily been removed from the Salon. All stations will be sanitized before and after each appointment as well as door handles, styling chairs, shampoo chairs and capes. Plastic bins will be available at each station for you to place personal items, such as purses, cell phones, keys, etc in, during your visit, these will be cleaned and sanitized after each person. Masks should be brought to the salon by our customers, although we realize you may not be able to wear them during your entire appointment for obvious reasons. We will be accepting cash, check, credit and debit payments. You will not be required to sign a credit card slip during this time and the credit card machine will be sanitized after each use. We ask that if you are sick in any way or have a fever, that you contact us to reschedule your appointment. If you have been in direct contact with anyone who has COVID-19, we ask that you wait the "required" 14 day incubation period before you come to the Salon. You safety and comfort are my greatest concern, if you have any questions, requests or concerns, please let me know. We will make every attempt to get in touch with you to schedule an appointment. Please do not hesitate to call us if you don't hear from us, in some cases we may not have your current contact information. We have been closed for almost 11 weeks and while we will make every effort to get you in for your appointment as soon as possible, we apologize and hope you will be understanding as we try and do this as quickly and efficiently as we can. We appreciate your support, patience and understanding while we have all struggled with this unprecedented time of COVID-19. We hope you have stayed safe and healthy during this time. As always, our goal is to help you look and feel your very best, we can't wait to see you again

May 5, 2020 By order of Governor Woff and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania we are still closed. It is impossible at this point to give you a date that we will be reopening. The information we are getting daily and weekly is vague and unclear. I know how difficult this is for you. Many of you have trusted us for years with your hair care as well as our professional abilities in helping you to look your very best. ... During this time, many of you have reached out to us, to offer support, concern and to let us know you care. Your texts, phone calls and messages have been overwhelming. The friendships we have developed over the years are truly helping us to get through this. Please know that we are thinking about you as well, we are anxious for the day when we are open again and will see you. Once we have a committed date of reopening from Governor Woff we will start to schedule and reschedule appointments. Unclear as well are what guidelines and restrictions we will be allowed to open under. I will keep you updated as these things become clear. We appreciate your understanding and future cooperation with the mandates we will be given. Thank you for the patience and understanding you have shown with this situation, our biggest goal during this time is that you remain safe and healthy. This will continue to be our goal when we reopen.
