We are pleased to announce the opening of our Tidioute Branch! Our soft opening (invite only) will be on April 26th and 27th, 2021. Moving forward, we will be open Wednesday, April 28th, from 9am-2pm for the Tidioute Community. We will adjust our office hours as we see fit for the community needs. Our hours will start out at Monday, Wednesday 9am-2pm and Fridays 9am-4pm. Kinzua FCU phones are down as of right now. We are working on getting the lines fixed. Please be patient as we continue to get this issue fixed.

Kinzua Federal Credit Union is still open for business for quick in and out transactions. We are asking if you need to meet with any of our staff than you must make an appointment ahead of time. Due to us not having a drive thru window, we are only allowing 2 members in our office lobby at a time and all members will be asked to wait their turn and use the handsanitizer provided. Due to the Covid-19 and the CDC recommending to cancel events with more than 50 people in attendance, we are postponing our Annual Meeting/Dinner Dance that was to be held this upcoming Saturday. We are so sorry for any that still had intentions on coming. Please hold onto your tickets as we have rescheduled it for May 16, 2020. We will keep all updated as the time gets closer. At Kinzua FCU, the health and safety of our staff and members and community we serve is our top prority. We are monitoring the most recent concerns regarding Covid-19 and are comitted to keeping our office clean. Due to this we are asking all of our staff and members to please take caution when coming in to do your banking. As you all know we are a very small credit union and one staff member can harm the whole office. So please use your best judgement if you feel you need to come in and do your banking. We encourage all of you to utilize the online banking we offer. If you are not set up online please call and we can help assist you with that.
