Job requirements: 3-5+ year experience in CNC machining preferred. Ability to read prints and understand tolerances. Ability to program from prints at machine. Ability to program CNC Lathe or mill depending on the position you are applying for. Ability to setup CNC lathe or mill depending on the position you are applying for. Ability to run parts complete and or work with others to complete parts. Ability to correctly read and use measuring equipment including: calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, bore gauges etc. Be able to understand written and verbal instructions. Responsible for keeping work area clean. Prior experience with Hurco CNC a plus! Positions available are first shift and full time. What We Offer: Competitive starting hourly wage $20-$28/hr (depending on skillset). 100% paid medical benefits on specified plan for KLT employees after 90 days. 401k with company contribution after 1 year. Profit sharing program 2 weeks PTO after 90 days and paid holidays. Climate controlled shop and office. Casual work environment. Close knit family-oriented business.
