Demand more from your community animal shelters and rescues. Often times it's more humane to put an animal down as compared to subjecting it to the shelter environments that exist and/or placing them back into our communities making our communities unsafe. Often, these places WON'T put an animal down because they think they are being more humane and refuse to accept the facts that some things are just not "FIXABLE". As a trainer, that is hard to say because we like to think we can train and help any dog but that's not always the case. So if a trainer says, DON'T LET YOUR DOG SLEEP IN YOUR BED, there is a reason for this and we do have your best interests at heart.

I wanted to share this with my clients as well as with people who do not understand what ecollar training is about. There is A LOT of MISINFORMATION out there being publicized incorrectly and unfairly. I think the video speaks for itself and studies have been done to disprove the accusations some people still try to make against the use of ecollars. I don't think this much energy should be spent on a tool that is a part of many tools and methods that get great training results. Unfortunately, some trainers feel (emotion) that it's their purpose in life to ensure everyone sees things THEIR WAY.
