We will be reopening for business for the late archery & muzzleloader season starting Dec. 26th. We will also be accepting your chunked meat for making bologna and meat sticks. No burger will be accepted for these products.... We would like to take this time to wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas.

I would like to take this time to Thank you all for your warm wishes and prayers for Harry. Over the years of doing your deer we have become friends and more like a family than just a business. We thank you all for coming into our lives. At this time there is no update to report as his condition remains the same.

UPDATE: Well folks I really don't have any good news tonight on Harry's progress. It turns out someone didn't read his echo correctly yesterday What they failed to see was that he has a blood clot in his heart and the symptoms of the flu were actually from the heart not working properly. I am not going into details about all the procedures he is going to have to go thru. He will be in the hospital for awhile. SO, with this update we have decided that we will be closed for the remainder of deer season this year. If anyone would like a calendar for 2021 please feel free to swing by and say hi and pick one up. We will see you all next year.........Happy Hunting my friends.

This post is going out to all the newbies. It is our policy when processing your deer. We wait until everything that you have ordered to be finished before I call you to come and pick up your deer. That would include all bologna whether it be mini sticks, ring bologna, Leb. bologna, sausage and jerky. If you have ordered dried venison or hot dogs that would be done at a later date so I would be calling you for pick up before those are finished and you will have to make a ret...urn trip once those things are finished. There is no reason to call me and ask the status of your deer. I know we have it and I will call you when it is finished. Rest assured if you had any cuts they are nestled in a tray in the freezer. Don't worry about me eating your deer meat because we do not eat deer meat. I really prefer my beef, pork and chicken. And once again I would like to remind everyone that we do not take debit/credit cards. We accept personal checks and cash. Thank you. See more
