Just Born Quality Confection known for everyone's favorite chewy candies: MIKE AND IKE, HOT TAMALES, PEANUT CHEWS, and PEEPS Brand Marshmallow Candies, has awar...ded the Boys & Girls Club of Easton with a Grant Award of $3,000.00 to help the club with its Food Secure Family Gourmet Meals Program catered by Kremmer’s Community Kitchen. The Meals On A Go Program kicked off yesterday afternoon, Thursday, February 11, 2021, with the delivery by Angela Krem, Co-Owner of Kremmer’s Community Kitchen when Krem turned over sixty-one (61) meals to Dean Young, Executive Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Easton who presented the catered meals to thirteen (13) Families with enough food for the week. Young said, Thanks to Just Born Quality Confection, BGCE member families will have free access to gourmet meals for six (6) consecutive weeks starting on Thursday, February 11, 2021, and continuing for five additional weeks. All together 360 meals will be served and are made available to families who preregistration by Tuesday of each week at the Boys & Girls Club of Easton.
