The Anatomy Masters Class exceeded all my expectations. At first, I was unsure how I would perform with a challenging subject like anatomy in an online learnin...g environment. Still, I found it very easy to navigate and access all the material and resources available to me. It is a well laid-out foundational course to learning anatomy as it relates to barbell coaching. One of the most essential components of the course was the ability to work at my own pace and within my schedule. Due to time difference, family, and work commitments, I was unable to attend all the webinars. However, Barbell-Logic is very aware it is not possible for everyone to attend, so the recorded sessions were fantastic along with all the uploaded resources. Particularly, props to my coach/presenter/narrator/instructor Rebekah Krieg for her passion, excellent use of analogies, and creating a fun environment that made learning easy! Lastly, the additional support outside of the lessons was and continues to be priceless. The ability to engage the instructor and my classmates in a discussion through the private Slack channel made a world of difference in understanding the application of anatomy to barbell training in a variety of scenarios.
