Quarantine Funk! Has the past couple of months out you into a funk? Or just completely cut down your motivation to work towards your fitness goals? If so, I’m here to help! I know that it has been hard to stay motivated when you have been stuck at home, but soon gyms will be opening back up and we can all get back at it. If you are someone that feels that they are going to need a little extra boost or help to get your journey kick started again, please shoot me a message and let’s work together! I want to help you achieve your goals, just like I am working at achieving mine.

Accepting Online Clients With many gyms closed, I know a lot of people have been forced to try and figure things out to do at home. I also know that many may be losing the motivation and drive to continue on. If you feel that you are at a point like this and just need someone to help guide and keep you accountable, send me a message. Are you still motivated? We have been under a stay at home order for roughly 3 weeks now. That means some of you have not had access to a gym in which you regularly attend leaving you to figure it out at home. So my question to you is, Are you still motivated and working towards your goals???... If you are, that is great! Keep working hard, pushing yourself to stay on track and progress to that goal. But if you have begun to slip into a funk here are some suggestions to get back on track. 1. Set up a workout and schedule and have a plan for each workout 2. Make yourself stick to that schedule no matter what 3. Set up a time when you will work out 4. Create a space to workout 5. Don’t make excuses 6. Push yourself When it comes to diet, I know it can be tough to stick to a plan when you are stuck in your home all day with not much to do. The big thing that I can tell you is when you find yourself wanting to snack/munch when you know you shouldn’t find something to do (vacuum, clean, find a project, etc) just anything to keep your mind off of food. Stay positive! And Keep Pushing! We will all get through this tough time!
