Who's dancing with me tonight??? You asked for it...Class is at 6pm, 360 Unique Fitness (Old Trail beside Shamokin Dam Health Center). $5 drop ins...LET'S GO!!!

For the past 9 years I have spent my time doing what I love. I've met people, many who have become very close friends of mine and are now a part of my every day life. Over the past few days I have been offered and accepted a full time position elsewhere. While it's a bittersweet decision I feel that I need to move on for what is best for my family. I have decided it is time to close the studio and start a new chapter. I want to thank everyone who has been a part of my jo...urney over the past years. It's been a wild ride and I loved every minute of it. This will always be a piece of me that I won't forget. I've been blessed to be a part of so many community events, fundraisers, 5ks, pre-school and school events, Relay for Life, The Children's Miracle Network, and Local Safety Fairs to name a few. Although I've decided to close the studio I will not be finished teaching. I'll continue to run fitness sessions in the Community Room at the Selinsgrove Library and will still hold my position as a BokwaBEST but as of October 1st there will no longer be classes held at The Booty Boutique. The Silver Sneakers classes will be held as usual but only two days a week taught by Kelly. Thank you to my amazing instructors who have been with me through the years, whether you teach with me now or in the past, the time anyone instructed with me was greatly appreciated. Thank you Nathan Morgan for sharing your building with me and supporting all of my crazy ideas. And to everyone who has taken my classes over the years you were the best. You made my job easy and enjoyable. I wouldn't be who I am today without all of you. There are many facilities in our area for everyone to continue their health and fitness journeys. I hate to do it but I have to cancel my 530 PILOXING class tonight. Been fighting a migraine all day and I'm not winning...go out for a walk and enjoy the sun while it's still here!! See everyone next week :)
