Kristopher King Foundation 26.01.2022

The Kristopher King Foundation, as every where else, has taken a hit due to the world wide COVID-19 pandemic. Please take note, inspite of this hardship, the foundation’s work has continued on even with our fundraising events being postponed and/or cancelled, thanks to the loving generous hearts of Kristopher’s parents. Families, now more than ever, are in dire need of our assistance. BUT NOW, We NEED you to help us, help them with their continued financial needs. This year,... the committee decided that a brand new freezer full of fresh meat will be more of help to many rather than the raffle off of our annual basket of cheer! The tickets are here and on sale!!!! You get 2 numbers per ticket and the winner is based off the winning lotto 7pm number on January 16, 2021. If you are interested in purchasing, please message us and we can submit your ticket purchase for you and mail you the stub. We accept money in several ways as stated below. We also appreciate any donations that you can forward to us at this. We accept ANY amount. Small donations add up!!!! Please forward monetary donations to the following: Checks: 121 Kenney Drive, Sewickley PA 15143 PayPal: Kristopher King Foundation, Inc. Venmo: @KristopherKing32389

It saddens us, here at the Kristopher King Foundation, to announce that we have made the difficult decision to cancel our annual golf outing this July. Please understand, that we are doing this to ensure everyone’s safety and health and that we respect the recommendations given to us from the CDC. Please take note, that the foundation’s work has continued, in spite of our fundraising events being postponed and/or cancelled. Families, now more than ever, are in dire need of o...ur assistance. In this unprecedented time in our history, we want you to know that, we here at the Kristopher King Foundation are hoping that you all are remaining safe and healthy. We understand that these times are hard on everyone and we all have hopes of better days ahead of us, of course sooner than later. Due to Covid19, our event calendar has been shuffled around and although our Night at the Races was postponed and SuperHero day was cancelled, we are unsure of our July golf outing a...t this point. Our rescheduled Night at the Races is set for Saturday, August 29th, we will of course keep you all updated as these events continue to unfold. In the meantime, please know that we are continuing our work to help those precious families in need and your donations, even the smallest ones, go a long way! Keep safe, keep healthy and keep positive! See you all soon Maureen Sleber Rebecca Beyer

Our event may be postponed at this time but please know that it will be just as amazing as it has been in our past years!!!! We are sorry for any inconveniences. Kristopher King was born with hydrocephalus on 3-23-89, as the oldest of 5 children of Rebecca Breyer and Maureen Sleber. He had shunt placement shortly after birth & in October 2008, the shunt malfunctioned. The damage was far too great for even this overcoming warrior to battle. On October 9, 2008, his soul soared to Heaven but because of the selfless decision his family made, he is very much alive in others today as a beating heart, a filtering liver, exploring eyes and so... much more. Allow life to live on. This is just one of the events that our foundation has every year to educate the world and all proceeds go to assist transplant families in need but also to celebrate the true heroes!!!! Please think about attending this year. Contact us for more information, we also NEED race sponsors to help offset the ongoing event costs. Payments accepted through: Checks made out to Kristopher King Foundation PayPal featured on the kristopherkingfoundation.com Venmo: KristopherKing32389

You think it doesn't really matter to be an organ donor or that it would never ever happen to you, well...here's LIVING proof. Josh Krull...went from an active 14yr old to days to live literally. Because of a registered organ donor, he received a new heart and gave the welcoming speech to the golfers yesterday as a healthy 18yr old!

What an amazing day! For as miserable as Friday's weather was and questioning if the golfers would be able to be on the greens...Kristopher was definitely doing his magic from up in those clouds for this beautiful day. There was Chinese auction, free giveaways, 50/50, even a chance to drive home in a new car! Our hearts are full!
