This week is National Engineers Week, which was founded by the National Society of Professional Engineers in 1951, and dedicated to ensuring a diverse and well-...educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding of and interest in engineering and technology careers. At Penn State Scranton, we are proud to be offering a bachelor's of science degree in Mechanical Engineering starting this year, and nearing completion on our new Engineering Building. "We are very excited about bringing a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering to our community. It’s a Penn State degree in mechanical engineering, which is a highly regarded and respected program, Wafa said. Our students will now be able to complete their degree in a brand-new building with state-of-the-art engineering labs. Construction was recently completed on the new Vince Lombardi Service Area building in Ridgefield, NJ. KSG's engineers provided steel connection engineering and construction consultation for the steel fabricator and erector.

Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club recently completed a new expansion to their clubhouse. The project included a new patio area, re-modeled bar and new Grand Ballroom. Construction is progressing well on the new Hanover State Police Headquarters building. Upon completion, the new building will total over 55,000 square feet. The building will house the headquarters for State Police Troop P Wyoming and will include a training center with a 19,000 square foot indoor gun range. KSG’s engineers provided structural engineering services and continues to play a critical role in the construction process. #ksgengineers
