Michael attended The University of Akron and Kennedy Western University to earn a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer...ing. Welcome Anthony Griggs to our KW family! Anthony comes from a sports and entrepreneurial background of 45+ years having played or coached at every level. Whether Pee-wee, High School, College, or Professional (Eagles and Browns), the main objective of his teams was to win with dedicated individuals. He brings his experiences of teamwork, work ethic, commitment, and other Goal Setting perspectives while working in the real estate arena with his clients. He is currently in t...he local High School as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) alongside teachers and administrators assisting the students with special needs. Anthony also coaches and assist athletes through his company, AG360 Training (AG360Training.com), with the Physical, Mental, and Emotional conditioning needed to be at the top of one’s game. While employed with NFL’s Pittsburgh Steelers (13 years) as their Player Development Director, he administered to the players a league wide program working with the Steelers players in Personal and Non-football related areas of their lives. Areas such as continuing education, career development, financial education, and personal assistance were introduced to the players by Anthony. His objective was to introduce new concepts to the players and walk them through, over, or around the hurdles that had to be overcome. These real-life experience in concierge services made him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Anthony attended Villanova University and The Ohio State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Villanova. Anthony was also able to pursue a master’s in organizational leadership at Geneva College. His service mindset and client support skills add to his customer focus attention. His insight for establishing trust and continued persistence add to his clients achieving their goal. We are excited to report that $2.9 mi...llion in grant relief funding was awarded to our KW associates, impacting more than 370 families. In addition, over 1,200 KW family members received supplies during the 2020 storm season. KW Cares is funded by KW associates for KW associates. We take care of our own by giving when we can, and receiving when we need.
