Along with the other post I wanted to take a minute to thank all of our customers. We have just passed our 1 year anniversary. And to open up on the first day of a state shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, well not to many people thought we would make it thru. But like I told Vicky from the beginning if we can make it through this we will make it through anything. This week we have shattered records of our best days on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Most of our regulars... know our story of how and why we got here . My wife has a gift in the kitchen. I've watched her take some of the most ordinary dishes and turn them into something incredible. And it's been my greatest joy watching her do what she does. I have never been so proud of her. And even as hard as some days are I've came to love this business as much as she does. Sometimes I watch her watch a customer and see the joy they get from a single bite of food and watch her almost come to tears from the happiness it brings her. Or hear a customer that has not been able to go back home to there country for 20 years tell her there meal was the closest thing to home that they've had since they left. It makes everything worth it. We have went weeks without paying ourselves while working 80 and 90 hours. But hearing that, seeing that, it makes every bit of blood sweat and tears we've put into this worth it. And like I mentioned in the beginning this week, our 1 year anniversary we our shattering our personal best records. Everything is starting to fall in place. Our name means something today and None of this would be possible wkthout the support of everyone of you. Thank you all for a great year and continued support. Tim and Vicky

Sorry for any inconvenience but we will be closed today thru Wednesday. Our daughter has another appt . And with it only being me and Vicky in the morning it's near impossible to open. Along with that we will be closed for the next few weeks Monday Tuesday and Wednesday until the spring and summer rush begins so we can spend some time with our family.
