Linda Korgeski the Lackawanna County Ombudsman stopped by Lackawanna Health and Rehab Center to drop off "Ombudsman Contact Postcards." Nursing Home Administrator Cathy Rozina and Director of Activities Jerry Stoko were on hand to receive the cards and will make these cards available to residents.
