Please make sure to join us September 11th, Thursday, at 8pm in room 206 in Kirby Hall of Civil Rights. We will be discussing what the year has to bring and performing a small exercise in flight principles and aerodynamics.
Our club's president, Barker Carlock, represented the aviation club at this year's Lehigh Valley Airshow. In response to a question from an airshow participant where Barker was asked how far he believes the aviation club will go at Lafayette, he exclaimed, "To infinity and beyond!"
The club has built themselves a flight simulator and is now ready to test the student body of Lafayette. The Engineering Department was nice enough to give our club a room for the simulator, so make sure to stop by Acopian 221 to see it!
Our new website is up and running! Check it out and let us know what you think! http://sites.lafayette.edu/aviationclub/
