A $20.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING for services $20.00 or more. This is to secure and ensure you keep your scheduled appointment, which will go towards your service fee. Any deposits NOT received within 24 hours of appointment being scheduled will be cancelled NO EXCEPTIONS!! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT can be moved ONCE to a future appointment if original appointment is rescheduled 48 hours in Advance. There will be a change to L’amour Beauty Lounge Loyalty Program. I implemented this incentive as a reward program for my consistent and loyal new/existing clients. I’m a very understanding person so when things arise that is out of ones control it’s understandable that you miss a appointment but consistently missing appointments will cause delay in your wax rewards Effective immediately if you have missed two appointments within your 6 month loyalty card you will receive a ne...w one and need to begin the program over. Deposits are mandatory and for booking & rebooking you will have 24hrs from the time you book to render deposit or your appointment will be cancelled The policies on the website are the same across the board so please if you need clarification on anything in the ‘About’ section let me know. Also booking through texts or calls id not available I have a website for booking purposes and it is updated with my availability and will be the most accurate schedule.
