Happened on my first day with Chuck Honabach. I had nothing to do with it, but this is what you are going to see a lot of as we percolate the real estate market.

Today I begin a new venture moving from The Shelley Snow Team to The Chuck Honabach Team. Many thanks to Shelley Snow for allowing me to be on your team and to learn from your experience. I am back from a much needed vacation and feeling refreshed after a week of hiking, fishing, boating and sleeping. As you may well be aware, the start of school is right around the corner with many children resuming classes next week or the following week. I have spoken to many of you parents within the org...anization and understand the level of frustration you are having with the state of Pennsylvania and your respective school districts. Some of you are actually having to make decisions about your children and your career that I do not envy and am sorry you have been put in this situation. For those of you not tuned into this, it is heart wrenching to hear some of the discussions and decisions families are having to make about quitting jobs in order to teach their children or to stay home with their children because the school won’t allow in person classes to resume. Butwe have an answer! REALTY ONE GROUP UNLIMITED CYBER SCHOOL OPENS FOR BUSINESS AUGUST 31, 2020. As of this coming Monday, we are making private office space, desks and bandwidth available to those Realty ONE Group Unlimited families who have children that are not able to attend school as a result of school districts not willing to open for in person classes. These spaces will be available for all or part of the day depending on the need of the family and the child. So, if you need to come to the office and work for a few hours but have kids at home, please know that they are welcome here and we will have a place for them to attend their cyber class(s) and do their work. Whether you are an agent or an employee, you will be available to help them if the need arises. As Principal, I will make sure we have a place for them to listen and learn and hand out the occasional words of wisdom as needed I am pretty good with math so I am available for homework assistance if needed. It is important to me that you hear and understand this - I realize these kids are children. They are not going to be perfect angles while they are in here and that is OK. It is more important that we create an environment for them to learn under your supervision that also allows you to get some work done and keep food on the table. We all understand they will not be perfect. So please, bring them in and let's make this work for everyone! For those of you visiting the office, know that you may run into a child or two while here. I ask that you embrace the situation and understand the situation some of our parents are facing. Finally, I am going to reiterate to everyone, it is important that we continue to practice social distancing where practical and we wear face coverings to insure the safety and well being of our young guests while they are here.
