We’ve got a ‘man vs. machine’ match-up in the workshop today as Scott works on a super stuck bottom bracket on an older 2004 ICE trike - the bottom bracket might be winning but the war isn’t over yet. Rosie’s building a customer’s Lava Red Catrike eCAT Villager that just arrived this afternoon and Suzy is servicing a pretty blue upright. #workshopwednesday

Happy Wednesday! The workshop has been busy today. Scott is building two new HASE Trigo Ups that just arrived while Rosie services and preps a 2004 ICE Trice for a BAFANG mid drive retrofit. Suzy is adding an eKIT to a beautiful electric blue Catrike Dumont. All in a days work. #workshopwednesday

The first morning workshop for IM ABLE's Virtual Conference titled: Where Gratitude Meets Opportunity, will be presented by Sam Scaffidi, founder, Project Sweat... and Senior Instructor at SoulCycle in New York City and Devann Murphy, childhood cancer survivor and winner of the Boston Marathon Hand Cycle Division and two-time winner of the New York City Marathon Hand Cycle Division Sam and Devann will share their experiences in fitness (and in life) of finding gratitude for what they have and are capable of and using it for good. They will discuss gratitude and community as motivators, finding and using your strengths for the benefit of others, and how living a life of gratitude breeds opportunity.
