Here is a before and after of a small laundry room update. We made and stained the countertop, moved the electric and replaced the laundry shut offs that weren’t working.

Who needs a new Deck next year. This was the largest deck we have done so far. The old deck was too far gone to use any of it, so we started with a clean slate.

Someone wanted the laundry on the second floor. So in the master bath they converted a garden tub into the shower and we turned the existing shower stall into the laundry.

Thanks Joe and Carter for getting the job done! This is what happens when you store extremely heavy boxes on a composite deck. This was the quickest and cheapest solution was to cover it.

Sorry it’s been a crazy few months. Getting back to the the second to last post to show the after pictures. It was the most problematic house We have had to deal with. Very few things went well on this project. After being 2 weeks past the projected completion date it turned out very nice.

The carpet just went in today!!! Thursday it will be on the market. It came a long way in just over 3 weeks, we did have to wait for the carpet to be installed. The pictures look darker than it actually is.
