Cindy retired in 2017 and is now working as an independent consultant in the private student loan industry. Cindy is an alumni of Albright College with a BS in Information Systems. She enjoys gardening and spending time with family in her free time.

Robin is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. Originally from Massachusetts, Robin began her financial aid experience as a Director of an Educational Opportunity Center, a federally funded TRIO program providing career, educational, and financial aid counseling to adults interested in pursuing a postsecondary education. Throughout her financial aid career, Robin has assisted nontraditional as well as traditional students and their parents, guiding them through the maze of the financial aid process. Robin holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, and an M.Ed. from Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Patrick Carney, CFP CRPC is a Financial Adviser at Rodgers & Associates, where he specializes in retirement planning. Originally from Connecticut, he first moved to Pennsylvania to attend Arcadia University and returned to work for Vanguard, where he served as a member of the management team. He came to Rodgers & Associates almost six years ago and has fallen in love with this community ever since. He and his wife Shelly reside in Manheim Township with their sons, Rowan and Ian, and their two dogs, Johnny and Hermione. The thing he admires the most about Lancaster Dollars for Higher Learning is that it helps provide students in Lancaster access to education and mobility through interest-free student loans.
