We are coming to the end of a week when we witnessed inexcusable acts of violence and criminal behavior as domestic terrorists attempted to disrupt the rightful certification of the results of a free and fair democratic election. We condemn these actions of violence and sedition. We know that strong, resilient communities rely on truth, accountability, and caring; our country, and our community, are stronger than this attack on Democracy. We all have a role to play as we continue to fight the coronavirus pandemic, rebuild our economy, get our children back to school, and people across Lancaster County back to work. We look forward to working with you to continue to build on what is working, dream fearlessly about what we can achieve next, and embolden extraordinary community together.
