It was a year ago this date that I came home from about 2 1/2 weeks in South Carolina. It was the last time I hugged and teased my grandchildren. It's Valentine's Weekend. It's cold and snowy. We really aren't going out to eat quite yet. So, what could be better than a nicely planned meal, flowers, a fireplace ablaze, nice wine, and some newly found vinyl playing in the background. We have a couple nice groups of lps coming in ranging from pop to bluegrass to country to jazz to soul to oldies to musicals both movie and theater. For the local music fans got some nice Houserockers, Billy Price, and Donnie Iris.

These aren't in yet but are headed that way. This has been a tough 4 months for us and all other small businesses. No one had collections to sell, or if they did they did not want to risk it and neither did I. We are happy folks are coming in and I will get these and others into inventory as quickly as I can. This collection was very well maintained and most is very good to near mint covers and vinyl with some exceptions. You know we only do in store sales so you can see what you are looking at and make a personal decision as none of us in the resale lp business can ever guarantee that the product is more or less than how it looks.

When you next visit Last Dog Records at Bottlebrush Gallery and Center for the Arts, wander back to the back of the 2nd floor and check out the books. We have moved all of the bios/autobio and music instruction books back there. You will also find a nice collection of other used books including sci-fi/mystery/ literary and poetry. Stop in and think about who would like one of these for the holidays however you celebrate them.

I have always been attracted to cult and oddball comedy and cinema. It was time to let go and here are some gems...some of them rare...all of them priced to sell. I'll have these in, hopefully, tomorrow.

I just went through the Beetles inventory cleaned and repriced many of them. Below are some of the bootlegs and oddball ones that are among them. This may be the only Pete Best lp I've ever touched. Come by and take a look.

These are issued 6/year and the set is incomplete.They range from 2014 (3 issues) 2015 (6 issues) 2016 (3 issues) 2917 (2 issues) 2018 (6 issues) 2019 (5 issues) and 2020 (3 issues) They are not mint but are in generally good shape after having been read by the #1 Beatle fan I know. In fact, I can't believe he let them go!
