Just relaxing on my day off

On Saturday, a neighbor (customer) came in with an adorable chocolate lab puppy 8 wks old. The pup was infested with fleas. My manager CJ suggested we give Scout a bath to kill the fleas with a mild shampoo. I was off the clock so my other manager Wendy took Scout to bath him. The neighbor was very pleased with our hospitality. Today, the neighbor updated Wendy and me on how Scout was doing. He thanked us and informed us that his wife posted on Facebook how happy they were with tthe customer service they received here t Pet Supplies Plus.
