PA State Police in Uniontown are seeking assistance in locating the owner of a golf cart found along the Fairbank Herbert Rd. in Menallen Twp. on 07-22-17. The... cart is an EZ GO white in color with a roof and windshield. The cart is in decent shape with a few old tools in the basket.
