The meeting will commence promptly at 6:30PM and will end when all business has been completed or the meeting is adjourned. YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE THE MEETING BEGINS. CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 6:15 PM

A homeowner in our community has some siding left over which he is willing to sell..... I have a siding left over. It is Parkview D4 Rye which is what Kay used in the original construction. I'd be glad to sell some/all to anyone in the community. It was difficult to find the correct siding and maybe someone in the community has run into the same issue. The 2019 Annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 2nd, beginning at 6:30 pm. You should have received the annual meeting notice via mail, along with the voting ballots, during the week of April 7th. The meeting will be at the Goodwill Fire Company, located at 7723 Hamilton Blvd, Breinigsville, PA 18031.... Please be sure to return your voting ballot if you will not be in attendance at the meeting. If you will be at the meeting, please bring your ballot with you. We must receive enough votes (either proxy or in person) to make a quorum in order to hold an official meeting and have the votes count. Without your proxy vote, the HOA could incur several hundred dollars in wasted costs: 1) paying our lawyer twice, 2) hall rental and 3) mailing charges plus 4) the wasted time of all the neighbors who show up to the first meeting where we don’t make quorum. You can drop off your voting proxy at the HOA's President's house to ensure delivery in time prior to the meeting: 298 Blue Sage Drive OR to one of the HOA Board member's house on Snapdragon Way: 232 Snapdragon Way. Laurel Field Home Owners should have received 1 mailed letter (during week of Feb 25 or Mar 4) and 1 email on Mar 26 regarding the annual HOA Community meeting. If you are a Home Owner and have not received these communications, please contact the HOA Board via the Laurel Field HOA information email.

The Laurel Field Community yard sale will be on Saturday, June 10 between 9am - 2pm and Sunday, June 11 between 10am - 2pm. Rain dates will be the following weekend, June 17th & 18th, same times for Saturday & Sunday. This yard sale is not coordinated by the Laurel Field HOA.... If you cannot attend, please be sure to give your proxy vote to Todd Rober, Board Secretary, at 298 Blue Sage Dr by Wednesday, April 26th. You can also give your proxy to a homeowner that is attending the meeting. We will see you there!

On windy days, please make sure your garbage receptacle lid can fully close and do not put out your uncovered recycling bins were loose items can fly around, if possible. The Board has noticed an unusually high amount of trash littering our community from unsecured garbage and recycling bins. We ask that if you see trash on or around your property to please pick it up and dispose of it properly.... Thank you for helping to keep Laurel Field a beautiful place to live!

The Upper Macungie Township Police Department would like to invite you to the Department's "Coffee with a Cop" event to be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016. The event will be held from 9:00am-11:00am at Dunkin' Donuts located at 7721 Glenlivet Drive West, Fogelsville, PA 18051. This is an opportunity for the residents of Upper Macungie Township to interact with officers from the UMTPD and maintain positive working relationships. We look forward to seeing you there!
