MESSAGE TO LAWN SENSE CUSTOMERS During this uncertain time, our customers’ health and wellbeing is our highest priority. As we continue monitoring developments related to Coronavirus (COVID-19), rest assured, we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our customers and employees are safe. At this time, we are running on normal business hours 8AM-5PM. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services, we’re here to support you. As the seriousness of this virus increases, all of our employees have been instructed to follow the CDC’s best practices, including frequent handwashing, limiting proximity to individuals, and practice social distancing. Lawn Sense only has 5 employees working in the office and our lawn technicians are in their truck and on lawns, by themselves almost all day. Even though our employees do not come into contact with many customers or people in general, Lawn Sense will be taking the following steps to better ensure our customers and employees safety. Until further notice, we will NOT be knocking on doors to talk to customers during scheduled visits. If we are at your property and notice something that needs to be addressed, we will call or leave detailed notes on your invoice. Lawn Sense is also in the process of activating an automated system in which your invoice will be emailed to the email address we have on files. You are receiving this email so you will be on the list to receive emailed invoices. We will do this in place of leaving the invoice at your door. If you would still want us to leave the invoice at the door, please let us know. 1st Lawn Sense sponsered Ice Hockey Team played in 4 on 4 tournament this past weekend at Pittsburgh Ice Arena. Shout out to The House O Hockey for designing great jerseys! The boys had a great time! Made it to final but lost 2-1 in overtime. Will get'em next time!
