For those of you that do not know my dad, Max Feldman, I want you to know that he has served the people of Magisterial District 05-2-25, and beyond, for almost ...thirty years; never as a politician, but always as someone you could lean on and trust during your hardest times. During those many years, my dad has provided the people with the advice and guidance necessary to successfully resolve the most personal, complex legal issues. He has represented thousands of clients in criminal and civil proceedings before almost every magisterial district judge in the greater Pittsburgh area and throughout our corner of the Commonwealth. He has represented and advocated for those same people in criminal, civil, and family court proceedings before Common Pleas judges in every Southwestern Pennsylvania county. When those judges made the wrong decision, which does happen, he has appealed those faulty decisions to our appellate courts, seeking justice for his clients. In federal court, he has provided thousands of people with a fresh start, relieving those individuals and families of crippling debt through bankruptcy proceedings. He has stopped sheriffs sales and has prevented the foreclosure of our people's homes, keeping those individuals and families from becoming homeless and assisting them in the modification of overly burdensome mortgages or home equity lines of credit. He has legally unified stepparents with their stepchildren through the adoption process. He has represented families in child support proceedings, standing strong against those who refuse to financially provide for their children. He has protected our citizen’s hard-earned nest eggs and preserved their heirs’ financial futures through sound estate planning. Most importantly, he has instilled his principles of hard work, selflessness, and getting the job done correctly in his sons, attorneys Nicholas Feldman and Joseph Feldman, who promise to serve this district for the next thirty years and provide this community with someone to fight for they and their families' best interests. This is all very true, and this is only a fraction of how my dad has protected and passionately served the people of this district. When you head to the polls tomorrow, May 21st, please vote for experience, hard work, and commitment; please consider my dad, Max Feldman, to be your next Magisterial District Judge.
