Going blonde is a process... even when you’re already blonde. My guest today had previously lightened ends with a quarantine home hair color (Garnier) that didn’t lighten her enough. We went with a double process lighten and toner with added OLAPLEX to try and get her icy while not compromising her hair more than it already was. No promises!!! Is she icy?? No but she’s close!
