Congratulations, Marvin! Rotary Club of Chambersburg 2019 Excel Award Recipient For over a month or more I couldn’t tell Marvin (or Tayla) he had been selected... to receive the Rotary Excel Award from the Chambersburg Rotary Club. He was very surprised (and slightly confused). Although he doesn’t do what he does for recognition, Marvin is honored to receive such acknowledgment and humbled by the kind thoughts of him.
