Just like you don't want to forget about your arms during a jump, your arms are an important component of flips too. Firstly, we wish to thank all of you for your amazing support and understanding over the last few months. As COVID-19 cases rise in Pennsylvania, we ask our members to help us continue to provide a safe, clean environment for movement by adhering to our updated safety guidelines, which are outlined below. Everyone in the facility will be required to wear a mask. This includes parents/guardians and students in the waiting area, as well as out on the floor. We understand that p...arkour training with a mask can be difficult, but the coaches will be keeping an eye on the students to make sure they do not overexert themselves and will encourage students to take extra breaks as needed. To help minimize the total number of people in the facility at once we will be ending all parkour classes 5 minutes early. We ask that everyone waits outside in their car until the previous classes have a chance to leave before coming inside for class. Additionally, we want to remind all of our families that we are asking only one parent/guardian comes in to watch. With your cooperation we will be able to continue to keep our waiting area open.
