Magic in a winter wonderland

I often think about my life as before and after yoga Around ten years ago (and maybe even before that), I had so many unproductive emotions accumulated inside me, and they reflected as impatience and, most of the time, anger. Yes, anger was my go to. It was, and sometimes still is, easier to be angry than to be sad or [enter emotion here] ... Throughout the years, Yoga has given me a whole new perspective in life, and it has taught me to love my body (that's a story for another time) and to honor my emotions, which has brought me clarity and calm The latest are the feelings I always want to transmit to my clients, to give them an experience of ease and enjoyment, so they can be fully present, embracing every moment (no matter what comes along). In being present is where the beauty of creating memories lies. If you know me, you know that I take self care seriously, is not always easy, but it makes such a big difference in how I face every day and every challenge. There's still so much for me to learn and to experience, but trust me -or ask my husband - I've come a long way. Chris and I decided to share an experience in lieu of Christmas gifts to each other this year.
