This is the Jikiden training I took last year, and from which I AND my clients, have benefited. Learn from THE globally recognized expert in Reiki history and Jikiden Reiki training, Mr. Frank Arjava Petter. The event is orchestrated by Luci Castillo Carpenter, a Jikiden Shihan (teacher). She arranges MANY wonderful sightseeing and dining events during the week of class in jaw dropping GORGEOUS Lake Placid. Training and experience do NOT get better than this.

"If my hands don't get hot, does that mean Reiki isn't working"? NO!!! "If I don't feel anything happening, like, I don't get sleepy or dreamy, does that mean Reiki isn't working?" NO!!! "I've been self-treating for a year, and I still have sore knees, does that mean Reiki hasn't worked?" NO!!!... "I get bored with self-care. I don't feel anything. Nothing happens." Are you SURE?? "Do I need to take Level 2 and 3 in order to have the strongest flow of energy through me?" NO!!! Questions and myths we address in Level 1 on Saturday. Hot hands ARE NOT THE ONLY RELIABLE TELLTALE signature of Reiki energy. I work hard to move students AWAY from this mindset. We learn, discuss and experience a multitude of other tactile sensations in our hands which are the reliable diagnostic and healing sensations of Reiki energy. Hot hands are everyone's favorite but we have many more ways of tracking and assessing treatment.

LEVEL 2 Saturday, March 10 from 10 am until 5 pm Lewisburg location given at time of registration Level 2 and the concept of distance reiki is where MANY people flounder. This is INDEED, is a challenging concept for the western mind to grasp. However, there IS a rational and relatable explanation. ... Level 2 is also the most intellectually demanding of our courses, second only to the Internship program. This is a long class day but a fascinating experience. The highlight always is working real time, with a client, to conduct a distance session. Level II Certification Focus: Symbols Becoming a servant-helper Reiki Level II is a favorite class as Reiki training continues! The symbols are NOT magical nor mysterious. It is important to understand that in the Japanese culture, a complete idea or concept, is shown in a kanji, or pictograph orsymbol! So, the Level II symbols depict a descriptive and functional idea about varying energy nuances and applications. The primary focus of this class is understanding, learning and completing a distance Reiki treatment. A real-time, real-issue session is conducted, with live phone calls to our person before and after session. We treat via distance, as precisely and accurately as we do in person. We have compiled an impressive library of documented results because as distance/prayer requests come, we act, monitor and follow up for results. Level II curriculum is technical, detailed and challenging. Yet it is our most popular course and richly rewarding.
