BEWARE WHEN YOU NOTICE ALL THESE IN YOUR LIFE. Beware! When prayer becomes a difficult thing for you. Beware! When fasting is becoming a history in your spiritual timetable. ... Beware! When you no longer enjoy reading the word of God. Beware! When attending church programme is becoming a burden rather than a blessing for you. Beware! When living a life of holiness is appearing like extremism. Beware! When sinful living becomes a lifestyle in the name of grace. Beware! When you crave for earthly things rather than the things of God. Beware! When waking up in the night to pray is becoming a thing of the past. Beware! brethren, when your heart no longer desires to see the Lord Jesus one day. Beware! when you eat more than praying, Beware! when you no longer share the word with others Beware! When you start diluting the preaching Word of God to keep people around you Beware! of all these, brethren, Satan isn't resting. We too must be vigilant. Beware! When you spend more time on Facebook, whatsapp, twitter, and internet. These things become idols and take the place of God. Let’s prepare, Jesus is coming soon to take those who are eagerly waiting for him. May He count us worthy... Amen. Sent as recieved why not do the same. God bless you

Excerpt from "Our Daily Walk" Devotional WE SHALL never rightly choose our life-course until we are determined to put first things first. Wealth, honour, fame, the surpassing of our rivals, are not the chief things to be considered, or our judgment will be impaired and our vision distorted. It was because Solomon desired and sought the kingdom and glory of God, that He gave him also the things for which he did not ask (1Ki_3:13; Mat_6:33). Solomon asked for an understanding heart, that he might discern between good and bad. We all need this faculty, that we may discriminate between things that look very much alike, but are different in nature and direction (Heb_5:14; Phi_1:9-10; marg. R.V.)

Sharing from "Daily Walk Devotional" The strength to obey is God given. There appeared an angel from Heaven to strengthen Christ, and to each of us treading dark and hard paths, that angel comes still. But you never know the angel till you reach your Gethsemane. It is because our Lord learned these things by experience, that He is perfected to impart eternal salvation to every soul of man. PRAYER... Eternal Saviour, who knowest each step of this difficult pathway of life, we come to Thee for Thy gracious help; enable us to obey Thy promptings, and in every hour of mortal weakness and fear stand beside us to be our very present help. AMEN.

"When obstacles and trials seem Like prison walls to be, I do the little I can do And leave the rest to Thee.... "And when there seems no chance, no change, From grief can set me free, Hope finds its strength in helplessness, And calmly waits for Thee."

Sharing a WhatsApp post *SAME GOD, DIFFERENT STRATEGIES* When the Philistines came up to attack David in 2 Samuel 5, verse 15 said, So David inquired of the LORD, saying, "Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand?" And the LORD said to David, "Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand." David obeyed the Lord’s instruction, went up against the Philistines and he conquered. Just in the next two verses again, the Philist...ines were up in arms against David. One would have thought David would just assume that since God had just given him victory over the Philistines, attacking them once again should not be a problem. Why bother God? But verse 23 made us know that David inquired of the Lord again. Now what interests me most is the response of God in 23-24: "You shall not go up; circle around behind them, and come upon them in front of the mulberry trees. And it shall be, when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then you shall advance quickly. For then the LORD will go out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines." Thank God David asked! The strategy has changed. Yesterday, God said, go up. Today God said don’t go up. You only go up when you hear the sound of the marching in the top of the mulberry trees. The fighting grace I have given you will not suffice for this battle. You will need a consignment of the hosts of heaven. David followed God’s instruction and he won again. Friends, God is the same yesterday, today and forever. But his strategies for fighting our lives’ battles are not the same yesterday, today and forever. As the Commander in Chief, he knows the battle well than we do. He knows the enemy, or our opponents, he knows the field, he knows our capacity and he knows the right strategy for every battle. The costliest mistake we can make in life is to assume. It is to use yesterday’s strategy for today’s battle without asking the Lord. What are you doing right now? Have you asked the Lord about it? How are you going about that project? Are you using your strategy or God’s strategy? God will only support a project he initiated. He will only give victory to a battle which he gave the strategy for. Get back on your knees as from today. Before you take any step in life, ask the Lord. If you asked yesterday, don’t be tired of asking today again, because God is not tired of listening again and again! *Ezekiel Ajibade*

PRAYER O God, Thou hast revealed Thyself to us in Thy Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. We love Him, because He endured the Cross, and despised the shame in order to save us. May we follow Him by the way of the Cross, bearing His reproach, sharing His griefs, obedient even unto death, that we may also live and reign with Him here, and more perfectly at last. AMEN.

An excerpt from Rylisms Devotional. The fulness of the Bible’s power and authority in the lives and affairs of mankind. This Book contains the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers. Its doctrines are holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and it decisions are immutable. Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy.... It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveler’s map, the pilgrim’s staff, the pilot’s compass, the soldier’s sword, and the Christian’s charter. Here Paradise is restored, Heaven opened, and the Gates of Hell disclosed. Christ is its Grand Subject, our good its design, and the Glory of God its end. It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet. Read it slowly, frequently, and prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, and a river of pleasure. It is given you in life, will be opened at the judgement, and be remembered forever. It involves the highest responsibility, rewards the greatest labor, and condemns all who trifle with its holy contents. This volume is the Word of GOD.

An EXCERPT from OUR DAILY WALK Devotional Do not spare your judgment of yourself. Never permit yourself to do things which you would be the first to condemn in others. Never suppose that there are reasons for you to do a wrong, which, under no circumstances would you tolerate in your neighbour.

You may very well weary of the monotony of any human voice, but you can never be tired of the many-stringed harp which is to be found in that one name, the name of Jesus! Charles H. Spurgeon

From TURNING POINT by Dr. David Jeremiah. The blatant anti-Christian attacks by our secular society have intimidated many Christians in the western world, but God is on our side in this battle for truth! According to the Bible, every godless culture will view Christians with hostility; and according to Church history, every generation of believers has faced opposition and hatred. The Bible says, Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution (...2 Timothy 3:12). But Paul also told Timothy to persevere and lean on the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus (verse 15). God is at work in our lives, even when we’re being pressured or persecuted for our faith. Don’t be intimidated by the world. Be motivated by the Word! Religion in the public square is becoming an endangered species. ~ Mathew Staver

AN EXCERPT FROM RYLISMS DEVOTIONAL There is an old saying, Deep calleth unto deep. It suggests that something deep within us is ever hungering after, and always listening for that Voice that gives us life. This aptly fits many of us today who remember the beginnings of our journey with Jesus. The move of the Spirit was strong and widespread, the preaching of the Word was without manipulation, and Worship was innocent unchained from the love of money.... But these days now are rather mediocre in comparison.
