Merry Christmas to everyone from all of us at the Limerick Township Police Department! Our officers reported hearing the sound of jingle bells overnight, so we hope that means everyone in Limerick is enjoying a great morning with family.

OFFICE CLOSURE ALERT Due to the inclement weather, the Township Offices will be closing at 2 P.M. today, December 16th. We hope everyone stays safe during the storm.

Today we remember a "date which will live infamy." The United States lost over 2400 personnel during the attack on Pearl Harbor. We cannot repay them for their sacrifice, but we can choose to never forget it.

We want to thank everyone from our beloved community for the generous donations to our Thanksgiving food drive. We recently dropped off the proceeds to representatives from Montgomery County Children and Youth Services and from Project Outreach. We collected thousands of non-perishable food items and just over $1400.00 in gift cards. Thank you again from all of us!

Today we are thankful for ... -a supportive and friendly community -nearing the end of 2020 -canned cranberry sauce (its absolutely underrated)... Happy Thanksgiving from all of at the LTPD!

We should be thankful every day for the bravery and selflessness of our military veterans. Fortunately, this holiday provides the reminder to show them. Thank you from all of us at the LTPD!

Congratulations to Spring-Ford Girls' Tennis Team! We were so proud to participate in your arrival home. Way to represent!

We have some received some late interest in our Thanksgiving Food Drive. For that reason we will be extending the event for an additional week to conclude on November 7th. Thank you all for your interest and generosity!
