Is there anyone else out there that has a relationship with carbs. OK GOOD, glad I'm not alone. Check out this post to find out the healthiest breads you can buy. I'm addicted to Ezekiel bread. There are some things that I agree with in this article and there are some things I find hard to accept. I wish I had the confidence to put exercise before my career all the time. But one thing is so true, when I put exercise off I find my entire life out of shape. When I find time to exercise on a regular basis I'm happier, more confident, and a more whole person. I'm not a morning person so waking up early is not a good option for me. But if I work out in the middle of my work day I can always tack on that extra hour later! Would love to hear your thoughts on this article!
