Sometimes as a realtor you have to put your sweatshirt on and do some actual work today is sometimes....heading to Carbondale to scrape and paint the outside of a second floor window with my buyer! Wish us luck. We don't have a ladder so we are just going to hang out the window to do it.....and did I mention I'm terrible at painting? This should be interesting! #buyingorsellingcallme

Honest answers only! What would you think if your realtor showed up in a hoodie (during hoodie season) to show you a house? What are your thought on this? (Do people actually not like pink? )

Found this toilet in a house I was showing today in Carbondale and just had to share it!! I think its unique. There were a lot cool features in this house.
