HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! We wanted to highlight some of the things our team is thankful for this year. Most of all, we are thankful for our amazing patients! Three things you may not know about your clear aligners (one of them is surprisingly pretty!) 1. We 3D print each step of your clear aligner treatment in our lab. 2. Each mold needs to be cured in a light box under UV light. You can see it's a really pretty shade of purple on video! ... 3. After all the molds are done, we heat up a thin wafer of plastic to place over the mold. Our special machine sucks the plastic onto the form to capture every detail! We repeat these steps as many times as needed to complete each tray for your smile journey. That's a lot of trays for each patient!
