Today was only 2nd time in history running the big woods that I got lost,yes LG got lost for awhile. No sun,no compass, new area,went to get 2 cameras 15 minutes in..way out said shit,went a here is trail I should have hit,then big woods I never seen before,big buck sign ,seen yellow trail marker in a distance, then which way I am thinking, left I went,I know it comes out somewhere but how far from truck,after mile or two,dog chased an elk,luckily looking for her I knew that spot from putting cameras in there,wow,long way from truck..1 hour later back at road where truck is,1 more mile..clocked it 6 miles at least.must still be in great shape for almost 74..got to hunt that if we can find it..
