Want to work on balance? Practice walking a straight line without letting your egg fall off your spoon. Want to work on empathy? Encourage everyone to help each other when their eggs fall. Share some uplifting words. Want to work on agility? Practice toega while balancing on one foot to pick up a pompom then putting that pompom as far back on the mat as you can - with your toes.
