Living Cosmic Me

The pandemic has increased my awareness that Spirit is alive, present, and on the move. It has renewed my sense of peace, love, and joy. It has called me to love away my shadows that dim my light and block my experience of Oneness. The biggest challenge of the pandemic is seeing the pandemic as happening for me and not to me. I work on having my human side know and experience what my divine side already knows is true. I also work on trusting Spirit enough to let go of the outcomes of the Spirit-driven actions I take, so that my face reflects what my heart and Spirit know to be true. The spiritual practices that help me on this journey include to remember who I was born being, and to experience Oneness through expanding my consciousness. Meditation time provides a sacred space for grounding and connecting.
