Skirt Steak! We have individual Skirt Steaks available - don't overlook this cut! Marinade: 1/3 c Balsamic Vinegar (I used Cherry) ... 1tsp dry mustard 2 gloves garlic Sprinkle of dried rosemary 1-2 T Brown Sugar let marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight. Place in a Crockpot on High for 4 hours or in a Pressure Cooker for 35 minutes and 10 minutes Natural Release. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes. Cut thin against the grain.
