Local Government Academy congratulates our fellow recipients from across the Commonwealth for being recognized by the Wolf Administration with the 25th Annual Governor’s Awards for Local Government Excellence. On behalf of our Board of Directors, we are grateful to Governor Tom Wolf and Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Dennis Davin for recognizing our efforts to Promote Excellence in Local Government. Receiving the 2021 Award for Local Government Excellence in the category of Responding to Adversity, we thank our partners and volunteer instructors for their support as we quickly and successfully pivoted to an online format in 2020 that allowed for both synchronous and asynchronous remote learning experiences.
