Local Whiskey is proud to introduce the first Toki Highball machine installed in Centre County! We are extremely excited to showcase what has become one of the most prestigious cocktails in Asia, the Highball. The Toki Highball Machine delivers a drinking experience unlike any other by mixing perfectly calibrated, super chilled, and highly-carbonated soda with the iconic Japanese blended Toki malt whisky, highlighting it’s notes of green apple, oak and vanilla. Finished with... a touch of citrus, the result is like drinking a refreshing glass of whisky champagne. The Toki Highball Machine delivers soda water five times the carbonation of regular soda water, and one-and-a-half times that of champagne, and has become one of the most sought after pieces of cocktail equipment in the industry today!
