We just finished up a really nice #tjwrangler #framerestoration with @eastwoodco #rustencapsulator. This jeep came in with a fairly solid frame that was just ugly and had some steps poorly welded to the center section and just generally weathered but not as bad internally as most we see. We opened up the channels, busted up the flakes, blew her out, acid etched, deburred, needle scaled, wiped her down with isopropyl and ran the da over everything.....every nook and cranny and then coated her up. We have no secrets just hard, time consuming, ass busting, shitty breathing WORK!!!@ This is after a 24hr cure and the satin has settled in.
