That’s a wrap for Mueller's hearing with the House Judiciary Committee. Next up is Intel. Here are the 3 things we learned so far: 1. Mueller, at first, said he... didn't charge Trump with obstruction of justice because of DOJ guidelines that prohibit the indictment of a sitting president. He later walked this back, clarifying to say that he did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime. 2. Mueller and pushed back against the president’s no collusion, no obstruction claims. 3. Mueller said the president could theoretically be charged with a crime after he leaves office.
